Draft: these documents haven't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and some details, like the company that runs Encore, are still being finalized.

Encore currently runs on Solana devnet, a test network. Tokens and SOL on devnet have no real value.

These documents set out the rules for using Encore, how we handle data, the risks of fan tokens, and how artists claim their fees. The short version:

  • Encore is non-custodial. Your wallet holds your funds, and everything happens through smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
  • Fans launch the tokens. A token isn't endorsed by the artist unless it's marked Verified, and holding one gives you no rights or share of any fees.
  • Tokens are highly speculative. Only use money you can afford to lose.
  • We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
